    would have thought LANI was worth at least +50c for first bite... basically sets up Biota as being more than a one-hit wonder and replaces an aging (though with still plenty of juice!) product with a new potential blockbuster... you would have to think LANI fundamentally changes nature of Biota as a company, ie. a good $$ premium for consistent success.
