I´m a shareholder from Germany.

First of all I wanted to let you know that there are quite a number of Biota-shareholders in Germany
(I think Frankfurt stock-exchange is the most important marketplace behind Australia) and a lot of
people are discussing Biota in several forums.

Several of us are also reading the posts of Jojo, Portable and all you other guys day by day !

We´re very much convinced of Biota and of the company´s perspectives -
but on the other hand many of us are ETXREMELY concerned and disappointed about what´s going on with the stock on the ASX:

Imho day by day the share-price is kept artificially low by bots buying minimum parcels of shares at the
market and then topping up, this happens since several days over and over again.

Imho this is pure manipulation.
I think that after the 2 great news (Lani & 20 million) the share price should easily be around $ 3.

You should know that not only you, but also we in Germany are watching these activities very carefully -
and now we have taken some action.

I wanted to let you know you that several of us have contacted the following persons:

- Damian Lismore, CFO Biota
- Mr. Buckland & Mr. Hordern (CEO & Marketing Manager Of "Hunter Hall", one of the funds that is invested
in Biota)
- the ASX ([email protected])

We have informed a.m. persons/companies about the bots and have attached a summary of all Biota-trades
that were made last Friday on the ASX.
I had highlighted the respective trades, so that the respective transactions are clearly visible.

We have asked them to examine these transactions and to contact the ASX to ban the involved persons.

Mr. Lismore has answered quickly.
He said that they will follow up and see if anything transpires.

I guess that some of you have already sent some emails - but probably some of you have not, so I would ask
you to send emails to the above mentioned persons to complain and to ask for an investigation !!

I don´t want to post their personal email-addresses, but you can google them easily, I have also found them via Google.

It would be great if you could support our complaints - the more we are, the better it should work.

I think it´s a good move to contact "Hunter Hall" as well, because as an investor they should be interested in
a fair share-price very much !
