    looks like the market is loving this company set to dilute its shareholders to the tune of

    $15M / $0.35 per share = 43M shares

    plus

    Nick Curtis' 24M performance shares

    = 67M additional shares on top of the existing 25M shares plus 20M options (20c strike)

    Giving a grand total of 112M shares once all is said and done

    Tell me this is a joke?
