This is a re-post of my previous post that was moderated regarding perfomance shares issued to Nick Curtis. It said "......Non - Executive has issued himself with 24 million performance shares" which is not correct.

Why don't you tell me why you think this stock is going to be so great after the company issued the Non-Executive Chairman, that's right, Non - Executive with 24 million performance shares and the registry in total blows out to 112M shares?
Currently, the Company only has compliance projects, so even the current market cap of 20 - odd million is totally unjustified.
I would love to hear your well thought out, considered and technical point of view on FRG
