How can it be.
Apply for shares at $1.43 at a discount to the going price but also one month later get the dividend, presuable acrued over the previous 6 months. Not only is there a dilution for existing shareholders but they are also giving away your dividend. If I were an existing shareholder I would be asking questions.
Sounds like a ponzi scheme to me.
