the hc geniuses are at it again. It should be delisted by now sue12 told us. Maybe the CAZ drectors are pursuing this because the big private shareholders will take action against them if they dont for breach of dirctors duties or oppression given the strength of Wayne Martin's opinion. CAZ are almost compelled to pursue it and they are doing it quite cheaply too, good lads
