Good point. I read between the lines of the ASX statement Dated November 7 last year. AS the ASX was making a significant issue over the unsecured loan to Axis, my logic followed that the ASX would be expecting this to be dealt with so the "ASX can be satisfied". I.e. the loan secured or efforts made to pay it back. But I have filled in a lot of gaps in the information available to draw this conclusion. And as we all know by now, there is no shortage of gaps in information from this company.
But you are correct, nothing explicit noted that I can recall.
