I have twice contacted the ASX about this fiasco. What progress was being made in getting MED to comply with the lifting of the suspension?

All I got was a bureaucratic 'no comment' response. Nothing to indicate anything was happening.

Is that the experience of other posters? 

If you haven't contacted ASX then perhaps you could consider doing so. If enough fleas bite then ASX may scratch themselves enough to wake up. If they wake up they will see what a scandal the MED events are that relate to listing. Shareholders are locked out of buying and selling, which is the whole point of companies getting listed on the ASX.
