    There's a big seller yesterday/today (especially today) using huge iceberg (reload) and centrepoint sells. They are really keeping the price down as it would be 24+ cents with STX going up if they weren't stopping it from running.

    So either this is being held back for a takeover or there's suddenly an insto that wants out at a really low price.
