    I've made a terrible mistake not selling my profits on the news

    I'm now down 35k and really dont know what to do?

    sell and write it off?
    hold tight for 6 months and just sell dribble amounts when I need cash?
    sell half?
    any other ideas?

    all my life savings are in it presently around 160k

    apologies, its embarrassing but I only have myself to blame for creating this new unwanted stress in my life.
