As for a takeover... I hate that it always even comes up... but my two cents worth is that if (100 to 1 odds 'if') a takeover came for wgo tomorrow at .50 or .60 it would go through in a heartbeat. Some might not be happy with it but IMO it would 100% happen.

Full disclosure - I don't believe either company will be taken over and I only have a very small holding in wgo as I think stx is the main play here.

I disagree.
Plenty of companies would like some cheap gas (cheap TO of WGO and or STX) and wouldn't like to see it go to a competitor too cheap without a bid themselves....up to a full industry valuation of WE-2/EP 469,IMO. A bidding war would see the best price realised for us and is highly likely.
