all i would say is the company is doing many things on many fronts and are aware about all aspects relating to esi, not just the tech and funding, managment etc but also 'rogue' shareholders... let them do their job, they are also aware of HC i imagine so may read posts from time to time, though imagine ar on top of it, as much as they can be
watch them expand once the $10mil is ratified, these other issues will pail into insignificance in due course
