The US$26/kg would be their outside China price which is similar to Arafura's basket price.
Remember in the June quarterly report they quote an average selling price of US$18.25/kg, well in the September quarter RE prices fell another 10%.
Lynas has not been totally transparent with their reporting and now have started to quote an Aussie dollar average selling price and this makes the selling prices look better as 1 AUD = $0.87 USD.
So at the moment their average selling price would be sitting around US$17/kg.
