    It's a joking , the resources upgrade was a joking.
    PIR got no explonation for the upgrade results .
    Mr Campbell and PIR board have proven themsleves untrustworthy.
    They lost credibility in the market.
    The institutions for the 55C placement must be very angry for the results and no explonation .
    PIR lost credibility for it's shareholders.
    So PIR share price will be down continuously or flat until we get a reasonable explonation for the upgrade results .
