Look at the annual report and the way he tries to dismiss moves to clean up the Board and replace three board members with better credentialled candidates. He thinks 84.5% of shareholders love him and we are happy with the way he has racked up a $105 million loss using our money to pay himself a couple of grand every time he makes a phone call.
I see that CBIO now have a renumeration committee as of Sept 2011 (since being challenged on good corporate governance), and surprise, surprise, Jones has put himself on it.
Enough is enough, lets send Jones an emphatic message for once and for all. It can only lead to more accountabilty, tranparency and a better outcome for shareholders. I have no doubt Novo want this drug - why else are Ando and co. on the board?
