I am with you. IMO you as a shareholder are entitled to ask questions. The current state of the board, the questions being asked by others, that terrible report make it evident to me that something needs to done.

When the report came out I was just shaking my head in wonder as to whom could produce such. I had to re-read it a number of times as my finger was just about on the SELL button (thankfully I kept it off). Obviously some within the company are responsible and should be weeded out.

Let us hope that the vote coming up will sort things out for us shareholders.
