Does anyone know the new CFO (current company secretary)? Is he honest and strong willed?

From what I can see +$10m has/will go into this company and he's the only senior management with authority on that cash. If he's a yes man to Jones et al all shareholders should be very concerned. A "consulting" deal to finalise current negotiations with pharmas could cost shareholders dearly.

The corporate governance isues here are enormous and I assume ASIC will be watching all of the directors and senior managements actions from here very, very closely.

By the way it would appear the underwriter hasn't pulled out and they will be able to place the shares. So thats another; done.

I hope the next announcement will be positive negotiations and I still haven't given up the directors being involved with the short fall.
