it's the hedge funds doing all this manipulation, Joe Average cant do it, and it happens during the course of a trading day, not just in the auction
funny thing is, if i type in an order to buy or sell under $500 worth of a stock, a message comes up on comsec "below minimum parcel" even if it's $499.99
