    my ignorance will probably show here but ROC will earn 80% interest in each permit by drilling 1 well in each permit.
    so what happens if there is more than 1 target
    in the permits, who gets to drill the 3rd or 4th target and who gets what? .......so really my question is , does ROC earn 80% on the hole permit area or only on the 2 wells they drill?
    DOES ANYONE FOLLOW THE QUESTION :)
