Well the jorc resource is a lot less than what was postulated on hc (probably by a factor of 3 or thereabouts), but getting these things right is pretty hard.

As far as the sp goes who knows (the market does) it really depends on how you value the in ground resource. If you assumed a super conservative 1% value then it is overvalued, although if you applied a 10 % value then the sp has significant upside (even at 5% there is large upside).

I personally take note of the "potential for open pit" and "early production" and think a higher value to the resource than 1% is more realisitic and I think the sp may move up once people think about it more (could be wrong though).
