SP value calcs need to include the capital costs to put the plant in place and get it operational. If the intention is to mine a 500k resource at 50-80k per year, most/all of the existing JORC will be spent on infrastructure.
Anyone know average plant costs (less depreciation) for a 50k per annum operation? I guess they can toll from infrastructure at nearby tenements to get early cashflow, but that'll bump up the cost per ounce.
