The longer the price remains low - the better the placement for Dicky Poole, John Riesling and Roger Steinlager for the remaining 40% of the initial 60/40 JV.

I am extremely confident things will work out with Tapan, but at a cost to us shareholders being the low SP and lack of decent announcements and at a massive benefit to the Directors being a placement at some point. I'm not even confident of the Directors releasing everything - I bet they hold price sensative information back, such as coal amounts, future OffTake agreements and the like just to suit themselves.

I couldn't see a placement pending at 15 cents ATM.

If this was 6 cents I would not be complaining.
