IPO was scheduled to kick off around the end of october from what I recall, so it will be interesting to have an update on this (hopefully in the quarterly on Monday).

From the article 'Sage said several potential Marampa customers were currently looking at the data for the project, a process that would continue until the end of November.'

I would suggest that it is highly unlikely that any bids will come in before the end of November if interested parties are still reviewing the data and will continue to do so until the end of November. More likely I suspect that these parties are the cornerstone investors who may take up a substantial portion of the IPO (given the markets they probably need cornerstone investors to make sure this thing flies).
