I dont think you are a mining company until you are a mining company who starts to mine. Plenty of juniors out there with JORC's still getting benefits, in fact there are lots of huge miners get free money from the government. Just because you may declare a JORC doesn't mean you are suddenly a mining company. Yes if you declare a JORC you are not entitled to the JMEI arrangement. Not sure how that works if some resources on your tennements are JORC and some aren't, that is a strange one for sure and that is what we have so it will be interesting to see how it pans out.
