As you will be aware, the 2012 JORC Code and associated reporting requirements is scheduled to be implemented by all ASX listed companies by 1st Dec 2013. It will be interesting to see how CDU complies with these requirements.

It is disappointing to see the continual posts referring to Rocklands as a 'unique' orebody where JORC does not apply. The JORC system is very good and it is important to note that one of the key driving principles behind JORC is to ensure that mining and exploration companies release information to allow investors to understand and evaluate the projects.

Granted it may not be perfect, but without the Code, investors would be significantly worse off.

I for one keenly await the updated JORC Reserves and Resource statement from CDU
