Investing is a different matter.
Charlie et.al. I think you all need to brush up on what the JORC is and isn't.
It IS a basic set of guidelines which resource companies are bound to for reporting purposes. It is not a definitive estimation of what will be extracted at mining.
Without it resource companies would be able to make whichever proclamations suited (e.g "dog with two dicks" 'native copper not accounted for'' - hang about it STILL hasn't precluded the activity it set out to? No wonder the update is here.
Perhaps on the mine tour this year they might spend some time explaining their obligations under the revised code?
