    I have some nagging doubts on this due to firstly the Wavenet International action against Ansett Mining and Teri Byrt, secondly to the performance of RMT of which he is Chairman, and thirdly to the recent collapse of MacAir Airlines of which he was the owner.

    None of this howvever relates to what is in the ground so I hope the doubts are unfounded and JORC statement comes in on schedule.
