Check out my posts on RMT. I found the old exploration reports. Byrt is full of it. He ramps up old exploration targets that found nothing.

However, EER is the real deal. The coal is there.

All of Byrts other coal tenaments, including EER's second tenant, have nothing.

Only Blackall has a resource.

Whilst it is lacking in infrastructure and flood prone, Byrt should be able to sell it.
