Yep, BO'F is going to demand that all the JORC data be handed over. This was all done by NCR from 2011 on wards, at great cost.

During 2011 and some of 2012, BO'F waited, like a snake in the grass, while NCR blew their cash, and did another cap raising to cover all the JORCing. Then he announced the ICAC inquiry.

Lets keep in mind that the 300Mt of coal has been found during NCRs time of ownership; not beforehand. Saying MacD gave away a $100m lease is nonsense.

Expect this lease to be back on the market in 6 months or so. Farmers are not on his mind. It'll go for hundreds of millions now., thanks to all the NCR investors. Nick Farr-Jones will have to back to football.
