Maybe I am pushing the semantic a bit too far and as you know English is not my mother tongue though when I compare the two following phrases, there is IMO a slight difference : " at the end" vs "before the end"
From Ann dated 15 February
“..work to commence on the maiden JORC compliant rare earth
resource estimate for the Southern Rare Earth and South West Alluvial Zones, which is scheduled for completion by the end of the first quarter 2012.
From Today Ann.
“…comes at an important time with the release of the Ngualla maiden JORC compliant rare earth resource estimate for the Southern Rare Earth and South West Alluvial Zones
expected before the end of the March 2012 quarter”.
jorc in march...but when ?
