    the finalization of acquisition of ULTRA LITHIUM is currently not finished

    And i think power mineral will finish the finalization of ULTRA in August.2023

    so the 6 months from August 2023 is Feb.2024 (requirement for performance right needs only six months )

    So i think JORC of Laguna verde is delayed to Feb.2024
