Obviously some news leakage over the past few weeks with one or two large holders. Anyway, NPV of 50ish million which will be improved upon and current market cap of 30ish million indicates a reasonable proposition. The main point is that it will make them self-funding with extensive tenements in one of the most prospective regions available.
