Why they have the cut-off at 9% Fe has me beat as Blast furnaces prefer 55% FE content as feed (in most cases above 60+% is preferred as production costs, iron output, etc all improve as the Fe content increase.)
25% Fe is seen as rubbish and would not be used a Blast Furnace feed I don't see anything positive in this resource extimate.
