What is your basis of working out that figure and what the true value of the company is????

Current market capitalisation, insitu resource, NPV etc etc

Valuation of a company like TTR can be quite a difficult excercise and depends on whether you have to sell your shares today or are taking a longer term perspective.

Most Juniors can only survive of the support of shareholders so you have to expect to cough up periodically until the Company has got a viable project and can at least secure debt funding.

If you don't like a company's progress or distrust managements fund raising motives then that is a great reason to get out. Junior miners cannot run on thin air.
