I've taken a position in African Gold Miner Ampella - AMX
Chart has multiple reasons for a buy and the JORC due "second week in November". A bit skinny but worth keeping an eye on for break of 60 with decent volume IMO
ANN FROM OCT 19: Ampella Mining Ltd (ASX:AMX) is pleased to announce that the first phase of a new 20,000 metre drill program, which commenced on 7th September 2009 at its Batie West gold project in Burkina Faso, West Africa is progressing well and drilling should be completed by the second week in November 2009. Heavy rains early in the drill program hampered access to some drill sites but conditions have improved and no further delays are envisaged as the wet season abates. A major objective for this current drill program is to provide JORC compliant resource estimates for both the Konkera Main and Konkera North prospects. In addition, the drill program looks to extend the known strike extents of gold mineralisation at these prospects as all systems remain open both along strike and at depth.
