jorc scenarios

AGS announce a 15,000 tonne JORC resource @ Beverley 4 mile West.

This amounts to 33million pounds total, and only 8,000,000 pounds attributable to AGS. The problem is the market will not know how to price in other parts/areas UNjorc'ed. The market will look to the next JORC - Beverley 4 mile East. Assuming its 3.75km2 area with a small 0.5-1km2 high grade zone, it has about 35,000t-40,000t u. Thats another 77million pounds. Total is about 120million pounds target overall potential, 1/4 to AGS = 30 million pounds

AGS is selling for $450/30 = $15/lb, higher than most other U companies. So there doesn't seem to too much upside, and a lot will have to be done to get the lb valuation down(by discovering more high grade zones perhaps). By merely drilling out EAST, it does nothing to valuation at all, as i have factored that into my estimates.
