I am surprised nobody answered this for you. Let me try to explain. JORC tables are required for the reporting of exploration results and mineral resources/reserves to the market by a publicly listed company. The "fundamentals" you refer to are actually not fundamental to JORC table at all. A JORC table is required for the reporting of trench samples for example. There does not need to be a strike extent, width or depth reported upon if all you have are a few samples from outcrop.
So to answer your last two questions;
1. You can only report on what you know. In this case they have defined a strike extent of 3.2 km but have not closed off the mineralisation. The JORC table is included because they have assay results pertaining to the strike extent defined.
2. Yes, you can. The JORC table will be included in every release if there is new data. It is not required if the release is referring to data already reported upon to the market.
