Hi Invest4it,
actually, please inform us of what you know about AEM, its chairman and IDC's recently appointed 2nd largest shareholder?

The more I dig, which i am now very glad I was told to, the more I am dismayed with what I find.

How can the series of events that appear to have occurred happen without public/shareholder scrutiny? Is our board incapable, desperate or scared??

A much larger company, that I still hold quite a bit in, is now facing the debilitating impact of a class action ie OZL. I put this down to naive and arrogant board decisions thinking that no one would notice - see the potential similarity.

I can imagine that if the shares referred to by previous posters are as a result of a deal, then if it wasnt completely Kosher, the shares/money would be great for exploration.
