The so called "dirt" was IDC staff building a closer relationship with the landowners earlier this year to help get them onside to work with IDC to build up their Mt Kare gold deposit.

These landowners were happy with what they heard, began to trust IDC staff from that point on, and are now our biggest shareholders with 19% of our shares!

They have seen other deposits move into production and make other landowners multimillionaires in PNG in recent years!

IDC has now signed on the main project manager George Niumataiwalu who brought the hidden valley mine in PNG to life and has still a close relationship with the locals in that part of PNG.

From where I sit, I don't see anything untoward?
