Does anybody know anything about Asia Pacific Copper and Gold...

Does anybody know anything about Asia Pacific Copper and Gold (APCG) Company? its listed as under Indochine.
The last report i can find from APCG is from '09 wherein Evans is listed as a director.
Does anybody know where it might be possible to find out about this?

Also, in IDC's 2011 financial report, at end June 30 2011 Evans had a total of over 11,000,000 shares - placing him among the top 10 IDC share holders.
However in the listed top 20 share holders (dated sep 2011), he is not even listed. anyone know what happened to his holdings?
