I don't think you understand the outside factors of large resources and why they are so valueble - in india for example to get a power plant approved you need a resource large enough to support it for over 30years and an MDL on the resource.
Also have a look at the abbot point T4-7 EOI, one requirement for capacity seekers need at least a 50 years resource to fulfill their allocation.

this is why you get the big asian end users paying top dollar for these resources.

also 20mtpa is about 7500mw base load power - that is not that much compared to the growth happening in asia.
