ralom its okay to look at the negatives nothing wrong with that. Perhaps supporting with facts will help your cause. specifically what have management done so far that doesn't stack up . In what way are they not taken seriously? how do you know they arnt? Im keen to hear any specific suggestions you may have , Im all for moving to the next level
