That's why I'm still holding Woy Woy. Eventhough the sale is taking a painstakingly long time. It seems that ME has alot planned for the future once the sale goes through. Going by his experience and the fact that he was able to get an option for these 8 licences in Mongolia - I believe he can actually make a mine out of this.

I remember reading somewhere (can't remember which article) that ME also plans to build a wash plant - he won't mine without one. Reason being washed coal attracts a smaller royalty than unwashed coal and something to do with coal traders (Winsway). Point being he wants to maximise the profit margins.
