are we really so sure a JORC will be released this early? I can see the logic of releasing a resource figure, raising cash on the back of that, and then drilling some holes to bring us to reserve figure...but there is the other option of drilling those holes on money from a private placement, and then releasing a reserve figure with the data from those holes included....POK can be perverse sometimes, and it may be that the Players would rather see a placement done cheaper to give them a bigger slice of the action. Just a thought.
