I was surprised when it ran to 17c. I think there are quite a few chartists who saw a breakout from 14.5c all time highs and jumped in.

I don't have as positive a view on the JORC announcement. Have just watched KIN define a 1 million ounce resource by optimising the pit shell to A$2,200/oz. Market wasn't impressed by this obvious tweak (given current gold price of $A1650).

If the resource is under 1 million ounces or tweaked in any way don't be surprised if there is a rush for the exits. How many here are holding expecting to make a quick $ on a good resource announcement? I've sold given my lack of conviction.
