There are a lot of variables involved in producing a resource estimate (it's not a calculation btw), any number of which can delay proceedings. If it was promised in June I wouldn't be too worried in early July, early August maybe. The workflow you state is missing quite a few steps. Leapfrog isn't as easy/simple as everyone thinks, at least to get a sensible model out, it takes a fair bit of tuning.
