Within 2 weeks of announcing its maiden JORC, SDL's market cap increased by $414m. Unfortunately, due to market sentiment, its run was cut short and the sp has eroded since 3rd June which is unfortunate.

There are many reasons why SDL differs to UMC and without writing a long winded post to express my views, and to what most would consider the obvious, I will briefly point my own observations of the results for SDL's maiden JORC:

The avg P level of .06% is great; however the combined Si/Al of 9.6% is not what I consider to be DSO.

60% Fe is quite impressive; however one should not exclude the LOI value when benchmarking the Fe as DSO. IMO, SDL's LOI of 2.1% falls short by around 5%, which effectively reduces the Fe to 57%.

i.e. 5% of 60% = 3%
