The Jorc date has not slipped back and I feel sure you could call Gus to confirm this.

However, below is the statement from last Octobers announcement regarding the confirmation of high grade intersections at Lance.

This paragraph confirms what has recently been stated that the drilling will be carried out in 2009 to "facilitate" Jorc. I am sure you are all aware that on completion of the drilling it will require analysis and then jorc can be prepared and announced. This obviously won't all occur at once.

"The phase one Drilling Program has added a new level of understanding of the uranium mineralisation at Ross and will be followed up in 2009 with a larger scale drilling program to add to this understanding, progress production planning in addition to facilitating preparation of a JORC compliant resource."

The change I have noticed is that with the placement funds they are now going to advance both Ross and Barber to BFS status. The above only relates to Ross.

PEN has consistently stated that production will occur in 2012. I really don't mind what happens in between, as long as they achieve that main target.
