I got the letter - extract from register must have been done before I sold. Some big accusations JG has made. Whoever loses this potentially not only loses control of BLK but also faces some loss of personal wealth through defamation suits:

- Board has put in writing an accusation that JG has not fulfilled his regulatory duty to act in the interests of all shareholders
- JG has accused the board of breaching ASX listing rules through non-disclosure/misleading disclosure

To me with the nature of the accusations that have been tabled it's almost at a point where any potential voting is put on hold until ASIC has done an investigation. How can rank and file shareholders make an informed decision on who should be on the board when both sides present compelling arguments.

Given the toothless tiger nature of ASIC though I'm dreaming !!
