street talk, the people continue to defy, the thousands of crystal ball gazers, economists, and all and anyone who holds an investment outside of property...and cannot believe that property can withstand all and sundry... when the other investments crash and burn on a regular basis.... why is it so.... this phenomonem has been going on since ...well since house were built...people moved out of caves.... but only in australia.... regardless of the millions of predictions for a house price crash.... after 100 + years....Australians still dismiss those predictions....and prove them all wrong... even I am gobsmacked with Richmond's performance.... what on earth are those guys smoking over there.... cheers
